Effective October 7, 2026 · applies to 3fs.app and every *.3fs.app door

The short version. 3FS helps people find money and housing programs and prepare the paperwork. We are a technology company. We are not a government agency, a lender or a broker. We never decide who gets money; the agency or lender does. Our numbers come from official sources and we show you the page.

1. Who we are

3FS ("3FS", "we", "us") is operated by UnyKorn LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 5655 Peachtree Pkwy NW, Norcross, GA 30099. Contact: kevan@unykorn.org. By using any 3FS site, API or MCP connection you agree to these terms.

2. What 3FS is, and is not

3FS shows published program rules, limits and amounts, matches them to what you tell us, and prepares documents and packets from your information.
3FS is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for USDA, HUD, any state housing agency, court or government body.
3FS is not a lender, mortgage broker, loan originator, grant administrator or loan packager. We do not take applications on an agency's behalf, set terms or decide eligibility.
3FS does not give legal, tax, financial or credit advice. Talk to the agency, lender or a licensed professional before you decide.
When we point you to a lender, packager, charity or office, any fee we receive is flat, disclosed on the page, and never depends on whether you are approved.

3. Accuracy

Limits and amounts come from official published sources, which we fingerprint and date. Programs change and run out of money. Matches are guides, not decisions. Always confirm with the agency or lender.

4. The AI

The guide and the form-filler are AI. They use the same source data as the rest of the site and can still make mistakes. Check the packet before you send it. Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or passwords into the guide. Form fields that need such details are filled on your device.

5. Your documents and packets

Documents you add are fingerprinted on your device. A packet is prepared from what you enter and is yours. 3FS sends nothing to an agency or lender unless you press Send or print and mail it yourself, or you give separate, explicit consent.

6. Pro

3FS Pro costs $49 per month, billed in advance through Stripe by UnyKorn LLC, and works on every 3FS door. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Cancel anytime. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. No partial-month refunds unless the law requires; if a charge went wrong, email us and we will make it right.
Your Pro key is like a password. You are responsible for its use. We may revoke a key that is shared publicly or abused and issue you a new one.

7. API, MCP and agent payments

Paid calls cost $0.02 each in USDC on Base through x402. Blockchain payments cannot be reversed. You are charged only when a call succeeds.
Free MCP use is limited per day. Pro keys are unlimited within fair use. Do not overload the service, get around limits or payments, or present 3FS results as coming from a government agency.

8. Team work and cases

When you send a case to the team, we tell you what any work costs before you are charged. Intake is free.

9. Affiliates

Affiliates are paid a flat, disclosed amount per paid Pro signup. Affiliates may not claim 3FS is a government agency or lender, promise approval, or charge families. We may end an affiliate relationship at any time for misleading promotion.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use 3FS to break the law, to discriminate in housing, lending or benefits, to mislead anyone, or to interfere with the service. Fair housing and fair lending laws apply to everyone who uses this information.

11. Our content

Government data is public. The 3FS software, design, text and marks are owned by UnyKorn LLC; the software is released under the MIT License. Share results with attribution.

12. No warranty · limit of liability

3FS is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any funding decision, denial or delay. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

13. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will change the date above and notify Pro customers of material changes. Wyoming law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
