About 3FS
Most people never collect the money that is already set aside for them: down-payment help, repair grants, college money, benefits, settlements, unclaimed property, loans with no down payment. The information is public and scattered across hundreds of pages written for insiders. For forty years the answer was a thick book of programs and "good luck." 3FS is the other answer: tell us your situation, and we find what fits, show you the page it comes from, fill the forms, and hand you a packet to send.
What we are
- A technology company. UnyKorn LLC builds and runs 3FS from Norcross, Georgia.
- Honest about numbers. Every limit and amount is read from the official source, and the source page is shown. The AI is not allowed to guess a number.
- Free for families. Professionals and AI agents pay, and that is what keeps it free.
What we are not
- Not USDA, HUD, a state agency or any government body. Not endorsed by one.
- Not a lender, broker, loan originator or packager. We never decide who gets money. The agency or lender does.
- Not a wallet. 3FS never asks you to connect a wallet, send crypto or pay to receive a decision. See Verify.
